Dr. Yajahira Romero is a pediatrician dedicated to providing compassionate, family-centered care to children from birth through adolescence. She is committed to delivering high-quality care by incorporating evidence-based medicine with a gentle, reassuring approach that helps patients and their families feel at ease.A native Spanish speaker, Dr. Romero is passionate about providing culturally centered care to Spanish-speaking families. Her special interests include preventive care, lactation support, and addressing adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). She believes in building lasting relationships with her patients and families through education, trust, and a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Outside of medicine, Dr. Romero enjoys spending time with her daughter, trying new restaurants, traveling, and hiking.
