Dr. Susan Laubach is a board-certified allergist-immunologist and pediatrician leading Latitude's North County San Diego clinic in Poway. A recognized leader in San Diego allergy care since 2011, she served as Co-Director of the Rady Food Allergy Center and as an Associate Professor at UCSD, where she conducted over 100 studies on food allergy diagnosis, treatment, and prevention — including OIT for peanut, milk, egg, and multiple-food allergy. She trained at Stanford, UCSF, Mount Sinai, and Duke, and has held faculty roles at UCSD and Rady Children's Hospital. At Latitude, Dr. Laubach provides specialized food allergy care — including oral immunotherapy — for patients of all ages in North County San Diego.
